Meredith and Dominick

I had the pleasure of shooting Meredith and Dominick's wedding today. They are a gorgeous couple and it shows in the pictures. They had great friends and family that supported them for their wedding. It was a wonderful thing to see! The got married at Central United Methodist Church here in Oskaloosa and had the reception across the street at Kinsman's Keep.

I just can't believe how awesome the weather was today!! I was hoping all week for a reprieve from the monsoon we were experiencing and we got it today!

Sunflowers

I love summer for many reasons.. one of which is sunflowers. I love them so much! This year I found a different spot in the front yard to scatter the seeds and have a whole lot of different colors and varieties..







I also caught some with a pretty butterfly last weekend.

Zachary

Meet Zachary--He's my buddy! What a great kid! Zach loves to fish, so that's what we let him do while we took pictures. We also went down to the Keomah Lodge and got some great stuff there too. He was such a trooper, it was pretty hot and sticky out today!

Tricia & Garrett

What a great couple!! These guys are friends of Dana (one of my assistants) and I came along to second shoot with Dana as she did their engagement session. Let me tell you, we had so much fun with them!! We did some very "outside the box" stuff with this couple!

You'll be seeing more of Tricia too, Tricia is doing a trash the dress session with us very soon. As you can see, she's up for just about anything!

Evie

Meet Evie! She's one of my maternity models and she looks great for being due in just a few weeks! Of course I accidently picked one of the hottest days of the year to do pictures --ha ha!

Her daughter and husband joined for a few pics too!

Meet Baby C! He is one of six children and actually a neighbor of mine--isn't it a small world?

His mom and I planned his newborn pics and I also did some family pics as well--why not?

Stephanie and Chris

Stephanie and Chris are one of my wedding couples getting married this fall. Aren't they awesome? We went down to Lake Red Rock near sunset and got some great pics. Even their dog, Diesel, was a great model!
