Operation Love Reunited

Hi fellow readers, remember me? I've been a bad blogger lately! I've taken some time off for the holidays and thought I'd catch up a little bit around here before I start getting busy again!

These pictures were taken this fall and were supposed to be a Christmas surprise, but they got opened in up a few days early :) So now I can share with everyone what great images we got to show daddy who is serving overseas. I just got the nicest email from him this morning. I love getting feedback from our troops, it warms my heart!

So here are some images from the session!

Mr & Mrs. Kissner

I traveled to South Dakota this weekend to shoot Megan and Joe's wedding and it was beautiful. We were thinking it may snow, but it missed us. The weather was beautiful where we were!

Megan and Joe alloted a ton of time for fun pictures, so we were able to get lots and lots and lots of good images in the city. What a blast!!

Thanks Joe and Megan (and your families) for choosing me to spend the day photographing you. I wish you many great years of marriage!

Huffman Family

Okay, so after the cold, windy snap, I was pleasantly surprised that the leaves looked good still.. They were a little sparse, but still awesome and since there were so many on the ground, it was perfect for a leaf fight at the end of the session :)

What a beautiful (and handsome) family you guys have and thank you for the kind referral all the way from Las Vegas, Traci!

ha ha.. personality shot! lol!

Adorable!

Smith Family

Look at these beautiful fall colors!! Keomah park is absolutely beautiful right now, I have the feeling these leaves won't last long with the weather changing so fast. This week we're supposed to have high winds and a cold snap. I'm glad we got this session in while we could. :)

Thanks so much Smith family for putting up with me, I hope you enjoy these!!

Jacob

Meet Jacob, he's the son of a friend I went to college with and he's a senior at Eddyville-Blakesburg High School. It was so great to hear from his mom again and also to meet her family. We went to Lake Keomah and did some pictures today since the leaves are absolutely gorgeous! We are definitely at peak time!

Take a look see....

Couch in a Field Extravaganza

This weekend was the first annual Couch in a Field Extravaganza.. We had a blast! I had 5 families sign up for the weekend and it was a huge success! Thanks to everyone who came and participated! I hope you had as much fun as I did!

The Noels came...

The Purdum's came.. Even though someone took a spill earlier in the day.. Nothing a little photoshop couldn't take out :)

Jodie and Anne came.. I've known Jodie since high school--it was nice to see her again! Next weekend I'm photographing Jodie's sister's family !

The Griffin family came....

What happens at your house when your team scores a touchdown? ! Notice Dad even brought his remote!

And they brought the extended family...

I wanted a candid shot of what it's like on their own couch with all the grandkids...

The Lee Family came..

I love this hat! Ronin wanted no part of looking at the camera..

The Lees brought the Reifs!
